Who we help
Our clients are anyone who is considering buying or selling a property in NSW. Our clients do not want the stress involved in buying or selling. They want someone to take care of all aspects of the process as they are generally busy people and want to leave it to experts to look after them. They want the whole experience to be easy and they want to work with someone they can trust. Dealing with East Coast Law is like having a friend “in the game”.
Where it all began
East Coast Conveyancing was founded in 1993. In 2013 the company became East Coast Law, with branches located in the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, Newcastle, Hunter Valley and Port Macquarie.
Also in 2013, East Coast Law merged with Flintoff Family Lawyers, and acquired Byrnes Lawyers in Port Macquarie in 2022, combining the extensive experience and expertise of the three firms under the name East Coast Law Group. This enabled us to provide our clients with the resources of a large law firm while still maintaining our core tenants of communication, affordability and exceptional service that have seen our firm continue to prosper to this day.

East Coast Law will handle every detail of your property transaction and be there to keep you updated at all times. It is not necessary to hire a separate solicitor as we are fully licensed to provide ALL the services required to transfer title in property.

The Future
For the first time in East Coast Law history, we have started opening satellite offices: one on the eastern side of Lake Macquarie and one in the Hunter Valley. These branches are designed to be mobile sites, meaning the conveyancers are out of the office and are available to see clients at their home within business hours, plus there is a mobile Customer Service Team member attached to those sites as well. This is a big win for you as it means you do not need to travel to one of our branches.
Many of our clients told us that it was difficult to get to the office at times so we have introduced a Mobile Team to see you at a time and location that suits you.
